QandR offers different subscription options, depending on how you want to use it.

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can explore the platform and its features.

If you want to use QandR for a specific project, you can choose a monthly plan. For more regular use, a yearly subscription is often the best option.

Click on the Forgot password link on the login page. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.

Your annual or monthly subscription will expire automatically. Our sales team can then contact you to discuss a possible renewal. If you have a trial account, you can click the Upgrade button in your dashboard to purchase a subscription online. You can also contact our support team at any time. We're happy to answer any questions you may have.

You'll receive invoices for subscriptions and monthly bundles by email. Payment can be made using all standard methods. Upgrades to your trial account can be paid for online when you place your order.

Most importantly, a trial account cannot be used for commercial/production sessions. Furthermore a trial account also has a limit of 15 participants per live session.

The trial account is intended to help you experience how easy it is to set up and run a QandR session — for example by testing it with colleagues.

It is not intended for use in commercial or production environments.

If your project is non-commercial and you would still like to use QandR to gain experience without a paid subscription, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to think along with you.

No problem, your account will be converted into a paid account and you will keep all your project data in it. So everything you prepare in a trial account is also available in a paid account afterwards.

A yearly subscription is intended for organisations that want to use QandR regularly across multiple projects.

It is not possible to take out a subscription for a shorter period than a year.

If you prefer more flexibility, you can choose a monthly event bundle, which allows you to run QandR sessions for one month. For longer projects, you can combine multiple bundles (for example, two months).

No, QandR accounts are personal and cannot be shared.

We do understand that collaboration is important. That’s why every paid QandR package includes multiple facilitator accounts (at least three). These accounts can be used by different people, even across organisations.

The person who purchases the package is the account owner. From the dashboard, they can see how many participants have been used per facilitator account each month.

We invoice the costs per year as standard but if you prefer to pay in instalments you can, please contact us for this.

We understand that in some sectors budget can be an issue. We therefore offer packages with reduced rates for education and specific situations. Please contact us for more information.
