Processing your session results
In your dashboard, you will find an overview of all sessions within your projects.
From there, you can open one or more sessions to view the results. You can also export these results in different ways, such as PDF or Excel, or share them via email.
This allows you to both review your session and share or further process the results afterwards.
Here is an onboarding specifically about export to PDF.
You can share the visual results of your session by exporting a PDF.
After you end your session, an export window automatically appears, allowing you to download your results as a PDF or Excel file.
The PDF contains screenshots of your slides, including the results shown during the session. It provides a clear and visual summary that is easy to share with colleagues or clients.
You can also generate the PDF later from your dashboard. Simply select the slides you want to include and export them as a report.
This makes it easy to use your session results for presentations, reports or follow-up communication.

If you want to analyse your session results in more detail, you can export your data to Excel.
After ending your session, an export window automatically appears where you can download your results. You can also access this later via your dashboard.
The Excel export contains the underlying data from your session, such as poll results, grading results, wordcloud responses (including frequency) and ideas submitted during Sticky Notes.
This allows you to filter, sort and analyse the data further — for example for reporting, research or comparing multiple sessions.
All data is captured automatically during your session, so you can move directly from interaction to analysis without additional manual work.
If a visual is missing from your PDF, it can usually be fixed easily.
QandR creates screenshots of slides while your session is running. This process takes a bit of time. If you move quickly between slides, it can happen that not all screenshots are captured.
You can solve this afterwards:
Open the session in the archive and go through your slides again. For each slide that is missing, press the R key to create a screenshot. You will see a small camera icon appear in the top right corner.
Once you reopen the export window, the missing visuals will be available and can be included in your PDF.
This also allows you to decide which slides you want to include in your final report.
You can conduct multiple sessions for each project. This allows you to repeat the session (using the structure you've established for the project) with a different group. Afterwards, you can combine different sessions within a project and consolidate the results.
You can export the results as a PDF or Excel file, or email them directly from the session. If you share your project with colleagues within your organization, they can view the results in their own dashboard.
Step 1: Open a project by clicking on it twice. Then press the tab key. A pop-up will now appear with all the 'off' and 'sessions'. Click on 'sessions'. A pop-up with all sessions for that project now appears in the right corner. (All sessions are already selected and are colored yellow).
Step 2: Hold down the shift key and click on all sessions from which you want to exclude the results. When you then go through all the slides you will see that the answers from the selected sessions remain. (The sessions you want to merge thus).
Step 3. Then press the r-key to take a screenshot. After this, press the d-key to go back to the dashboard.
Step 4. Next, select the project by clicking on it once. When the project is selected click on cloud with the download arrow that appears in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Step 5. Again a pop-up appears. In this pop-up click on 'select visuals'. Select all the screenshot you want to download and then click 'done'> 'download pdf'.
