QandR offers various subscription plans, depending on usage. Every new account receives a free 30-day trial. If you want to use QandR for a real project, you can choose one-off event plan. If you want to use QandR regularly, go for an annual subscription. See ourpricing page for current options.

Your annual or monthly subscription will expire automatically. Our sales team can then contact you to discuss a possible renewal. If you have a trial account, you can click the Upgrade button in your dashboard to purchase a subscription online. You can also contact our support team at any time. You'll receive invoices for subscriptions and monthly bundles by email. Payment can be made using all standard methods. Upgrades to your trial account can be paid for online when you place your order.

Most importantly, a trial account cannot be used for commercial/production sessions. Furthermore a trial account also has a limit of 15 participants per live session.

The trial account is available as a facilitator to experience how easy it is to set up and run a session yourself, for example a test session with some colleagues. The trial account cannot be used to actually run a session in a real commercial and/or production environment. If your project is non commercial in nature and you still want to gain experience with QandR in this project without having to purchase a paid subscription, please contact us.

No problem, your account will be converted into a paid account and you will keep all your project data in it. So everything you prepare in a trial account is also available in a paid account afterwards.

The subscription is for organizations that decide to use QandR more often in different projects. It is not possible to subscribe for a shorter period than a year. If you don't want to commit yourself for a year right away, you can purchase an event bundle, which allows you to do one month of QandR sessions. Or if you have a project that runs for two months, you can take out two event bundles in a row.

No you may not, QandR accounts are personal. But no worries, we understand that collaboration is important and for that reason every paid QandR package always contains a minimum of 3 facilitators accounts. These accounts may be used by individuals from different organizations. The person who purchases the package from Noterik, i.e. the person named on the invoice, is the one who is the bundle owner of that package. This person can see in the dashboard how many participants have been used by which facilitator account per month.

No, QandR sessions do not have a maximum number of participants. The bundle of participants are the number of participants you have pre-purchased per month. This bundle can be used in different ways. For example, this can be 1 session with 100 unique participants, or 4 sessions with 25 unique participants each. In both cases this is a total of 100 unique participants.

This is not an issue, all QandR functionalities will continue to work, so the extra participants can also join in your sessions. But for the extra participants outside your bundle, extra costs will be charged at the end of the month. Within a subscription, these costs are 2 euros per extra participant. If you use QandR with an event bundle, these costs are 5 euros per extra participant.

No, it works the same as with call minutes in a phone bundle, you cannot carry over unused participants from a monthly bundle to the next month.

QANDR counts the number of unique participants per month, regardless of the number of sessions you organise. If you organise a larger project with multiple sessions within one month, and the same person participates in two sessions, this person is counted only once, because for that month this is only one unique participant. Technically, QANDR looks at the unique phone and does so within a specific browser. So if you have a participant who logs in with a Chrome browser one session and logs in with a Safari browser the next session on the same phone, QANDR will count that as two participants. But this is a scenario that will not happen often.
