Bring associations together in a single overview

Wordcloud

The Wordcloud is an accessible working method for initiating an associative brainstorming session. Participants respond with short words or concepts, which together immediately form a picture of how the group views a topic. At a glance, it becomes clear which themes are relevant and which perspectives coexist.

Precisely because everyone can respond simultaneously and via their phone, the Wordcloud is accessible to all participants. Even people who are less likely to speak up in a group discussion can contribute in this way. This makes the Wordcloud not only inclusive, but also richer in content.

The facilitator can then highlight words and invite participants to explain their choice. When this feature is enabled, participants can also rate each other's words. Terms that are chosen more often appear larger on the main screen, thus guiding the further discussion.

The Wordcloud within QandR helps to quickly gain an overview without steering the conversation — and thus forms a strong starting point for further discussion.
