Small groups provide ample opportunity to address all questions and comments. Qboard ensures that no contribution is lost and helps to quickly reach a deeper understanding together.
Live comments on slides, you choose when to view and address them.
With Qboard, you give your audience the space to ask questions during your presentation—without interrupting your flow. As you show your slides, participants can submit questions related to the slide currently on screen. These questions are stored and remain hidden until you choose to open them—using the small Qboard icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
It’s ideal for presenters who want interaction but also want to stay in control of their story. Qboard is developed for policy advisors, consultants, and professionals in government and business—people who have a lot to say but are still curious about what’s on their audience’s minds. You can address the questions right away, later in your talk, or at the very end—QandR will remind you of any that are still open.
Qboard is currently disabled by default, but can be for each project enabled via a setting in the editor of your QandR's opening slide (see last image in the image carousel above). When Qboard is enabled, participants are automatically given the opportunity to respond via their phone as soon as a slide is visible. They can send their questions or comments directly from their mobile device.
Of course, we want questions and comments from the audience to be included in the automatic post-event report, but that part of the functionality is still under development at the time of writing (September 1, 2025).
Watch below a video in which we demonstrate the current operation of Qboard.
Small groups provide ample opportunity to address all questions and comments. Qboard ensures that no contribution is lost and helps to quickly reach a deeper understanding together.
With medium-sized groups, questions and comments remain clearly visible, while you choose when to address them. This allows you to proceed at your own pace and leaves room for interaction.
In large groups, Qboard ensures that no response is lost. You maintain an overview and determine when to address each response, keeping energy levels high and the audience engaged.
