You start with creating a project.
A QandR project contains the structure of your group discussion. You set this up in advance. After that, you can run as many sessions as you like for that project.
In the dashboard, click NEW PROJECT, give your project a name, and add discussion canvases (interactive work formats).

With Qboard, you give your audience the space to ask questions during your presentation—without interrupting your flow. As you show your slides, participants can submit questions related to the slide currently on screen. These questions are stored and remain hidden until you choose to open them — using the small Qboard icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

Qboard can be enabled or disabled for each project via a setting in the editor of your QandR's opening slide (see screenshot).

QandR does not have a built-in slide editor. You add slides by uploading images (PNG or JPG). Want to upload multiple slides at once? Put them in a PDF file and upload it in one go. QandR will automatically split the PDF into individual slides. Note: QandR does not support direct upload of PowerPoint or Keynote files. Export them first as images or a PDF.

Yes, that’s possible. Open QandR and your presentation each in a separate browser window, and switch between the windows. If you want a more integrated solution, export your presentation as a PDF, create a new slide in your QandR project, and upload the PDF in one go. QandR will then turn it into individual slides.

Click on the gear icon at the top right of your dashboard. A pop-up window will appear. Then check the checkbox where it says: interface language for all my projects.

It is important to try out your sessions before you do your actual session with live participants. You want to make sure that the session displays the various slides intended. But, especially if you have many slides (with images that nowadays are often quite large), it is important that you go through the entire session at least once before you go live.
This will ensure the images are cached by the browser and QandR and subsequent loads will be a lot faster.

Start the session in the dashboard and log in with your phone (using the QR code or the participant link). That way, you immediately experience what participants see, and QandR and your internet browser get acquainted with your slides.

Sharing a QandR project is easy. Select the project, click on the share icon top right, and select one or more colleagues. They can then find your shared project in the 'shared with me' section of their QandR dashboard. By sharing the QandR project one person in an organization can prepare the QandR and the other person can run the session. Also when you want to run two session at the same time (paralel session), this is the way to do it working from two QandR accounts.

Copying a QandR project is easy. Select the project, click on the copy icon top right, and give the project a name.

Yes, this is possible with the editor (use E key to open editor). Just navigate to the first visual and use the little pen in the editor to change the title

Yes, you can. Go to the Settings in your QandR dashboard (gear icon top right), and click Create to generate a fixed QR code.People can scan that code to participate in any of your sessions. If no session is active yet, that see a waiting screen on their phone. As soon as the sessions starts, they are logged in automatically.

Always test your session at least once before you go live. This will ensure that all images - that nowadays may be quite large in size - are cached by your internet browser as well as QandR. This prevent issues with loading images during your live session.
