Processing your session results
In the dashboard you will find an overview of the sessions you have done for your various projects. You can view results for one or multiple sessions in a project and export session results to PDF or Excel, or send them via email.

When you stop a QandR session, a window appears allowing you to export the session results. See the onboarding or the video tutorial for more information. During a session, QandR automatically takes screenshots of the slides shown live. This process takes a bit of time.
It can happen that at the end of the session — for example, if you switched slides quickly — not all screenshots have been captured. In that case, you’ll notice that some slides are missing in the export window.
This can easily be fixed.
Open the session in the archive, navigate through it, and take a screenshot for each slide still missing from the report. You can do this by pressing the R key. You’ll see a camera icon appear in the top right corner. When you reopen the export window, the new screenshots will appear and can be selected.
This way, after a session, you can decide exactly which slides you want to include in your PDF.
We continue to work on the analysis possibilities after the session is completed in various ways. We have a beta version available of an export function that contains qualitative data, such as poll results and grading results and the submitted words in word clouds and their frequency. If you would like to use this, please contact us for instructions.
You can conduct multiple sessions for each project. This allows you to repeat the session (using the structure you've established for the project) with a different group. Afterwards, you can combine different sessions within a project and consolidate the results.
You can export the results as a PDF or Excel file, or email them directly from the session. If you share your project with colleagues within your organization, they can view the results in their own dashboard.
Step 1: Open a project by clicking on it twice. Then press the tab key. A pop-up will now appear with all the 'off' and 'sessions'. Click on 'sessions'. A pop-up with all sessions for that project now appears in the right corner. (All sessions are already selected and are colored yellow).
Step 2: Hold down the shift key and click on all sessions from which you want to exclude the results. When you then go through all the slides you will see that the answers from the selected sessions remain. (The sessions you want to merge thus).
Step 3. Then press the r-key to take a screenshot. After this, press the d-key to go back to the dashboard.
Step 4. Next, select the project by clicking on it once. When the project is selected click on cloud with the download arrow that appears in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Step 5. Again a pop-up appears. In this pop-up click on 'select visuals'. Select all the screenshot you want to download and then click 'done'> 'download pdf'.
