Do you want to give QandR a try? Registering an account is free of charge. You can then use all the features of QandR in a trial period of 30 days and do an unlimited number of sessions, with a limit of 15 participants per session.

Terms of use trial: For non-commercial purposes

The trial is not intended to be used for commercial activities. The trial helps a facilitator experience how easy it is to conduct live sessions and how this accelerates and deepens the dynamics of the group conversation. During the trial period, you can freely use the dashboard and do sessions for non-commercial purposes. During this time you can also use the session editor so you experience hands-on how easily and quickly you can set up your own QandR applying the various modules.

An annual subscription is most suitable for organisations that regularly use QandR. Within a subscription, you choose the number of facilitator accounts that can do sessions within a fixed bundle of participants a month. The minimum package is one facilitator account with a bundle of 50 participants per month included. This package costs €50 per month (€600 ex VAT per year).

Facilitators can do an unlimited number of sessions in a monthly bundle. Therefore, it may be interesting to divide a larger group of participants into breakout rooms with fewer participants per session. In these smaller groups, a higher quality dialogue can take place, without affecting the QandR costs per month. The results of the different breakout rooms can be combined again afterwards, in the QandR report.

Do you want to use QandR for a one-off event? Then choose a one-off event bundle with a fixed rate of €350 (ex VAT). This allows you to do different sessions during a month with 100 participants included in the bundle. This could be for instance one session with 100 participants or 4 sessions with 25 participants each.

Facilitators can do an unlimited number of sessions in an event bundle. It can therefore be interesting to divide a larger group of participants into breakout rooms with fewer participants per session. In these smaller groups, a qualitatively better dialogue can take place, without affecting the QandR costs. The results of the different breakout rooms can be combined again afterwards, in the QandR report.
