Introduction of Point Labels for more precise interpretation

Update - Sticky Notes

We have improved Sticky Notes to collaborate more effectively in various project environments. The idea of the enhancement came from our partner De Omgevingsmanager, who work a lot with the Rings of Influence canvas. This canvas is part of the Factor C methodology. In this force field analysis, you discuss which actors are active around a project and to what extent they influence the project.

Our traditional Sticky Notes proved impractical in this approach. They are quite large and therefore it is not always clear in which ring they are placed now. We have therefore developed a new option in the Editor: Sticky Notes can now also be displayed as so-called Point Labels. These are smaller and more flexible, allowing them to be placed more precisely.

After adding this functionality, we saw that these Point Labels are also useful in other situations, such as when placing notes on a map.

Finally, we added another option to the editor to rearrange the working process during the session. By default, the phones are in ‘writing mode’, allowing everyone to write down their comments, which are then posted by the facilitator in dialogue with the group. However, this is not always convenient, for example if there are many Sticky Notes or at a walk-in session where not all participants are active at the same time. In those cases, you can now choose direct posting mode in the editor. In that case, participants can post their notes directly.
