The trial account is intended to explore QandR and experience how the platform works in a live setting. Use during the trial period is therefore limited to non-commercial and non-production purposes.
The trial account is suitable for facilitators to discover how easy it is to lead a session and how QandR contributes to more interaction and depth in group discussions. You can work with the dashboard and the session editor and experience how you can quickly set up a session with the various modules.

Annual subscription
An annual subscription is suitable for organisations that regularly use QandR for workshops, presentations, and research or participation sessions. Within the subscription, you can choose the number of facilitator accounts that can supervise sessions.
Facilitators can create and run an unlimited number of sessions and have access to all of QandR's interactive discussion boards. These include tools for collecting questions without interrupting the conversation, organising ideas and directing the group's attention.
With features such as Qboard, Sticky Notes and the Pointer, QandR supports various forms of group interaction: from collecting questions and responses to jointly exploring and structuring ideas. This creates more calm, clarity and depth in group discussions — both live and online.

One month access with 150 participants included
One-off event
Would you like to use QandR for a one-off event? Then choose the event subscription at a fixed rate of €350 (excluding VAT).
With this subscription, you can use QandR for your event for one month, with a maximum of 150 participants. This can be a single meeting with all participants or multiple sessions within the same event.
Facilitators can create and supervise unlimited sessions during the event period. QandR supports various working methods and discussion boards to structure interaction and add depth to group discussions.
The results of multiple sessions can be combined afterwards in the QandR report, so that all results are clearly presented together.
What's included?

- 3 facilitator accounts
- Pre en post access to the dashboard for preparation and archiving
- A bundle of a 150 participants included
- An online training for each facilitator
- Corporate identity (branding) for your session
Restrictions:
- Unused participants from an event bundle can not be used later
- If the number of participants of an event bundle is exceeded, €5 will be charged per additional participant
