Feature Update: Fixed QR code

We have now added the option to generate a fixed QR code for each facilitator account. This QR code is valid for all sessions organised from that account.

The advantage of a fixed QR code – as opposed to the dynamic code that changes per session – is that you can download it in advance. This is useful if, for example, you want to include the code in a brochure, on a poster or on other promotional material.

The fixed QR code also makes scenarios easier, such as the conversation carousel that RWS recently organised. There, a fixed QR code was placed on the door of each room. Regardless of which round was in progress at that moment (the session was repeated several times a day), participants could always log in using the same code.
