QandR offers advanced tools to merge results from multiple sessions in the same project. In this way you can create a visualisations that is showing the combined results of all sessions.

This powerful feature can be used on archived sessions, but you can also use it during a live event where several sessions run simultaneously. You can read more about this feature in a case study about two evenings with four break-out rooms each, where in the closing plenary session all the results were merged.

Based on this feedback from our users, we have also recently added the option to export the source data of a QandR session to excel. This export contains poll results, grading results, the submitted words from a word cloud (and their frequency) and all the ideas that were entered on post-it notes during a sticky notes session.
