VISUAL REPORT AND DATA, WITHOUT EXTRA WORK
After completing a QandR session, you immediately have everything you need to continue. QandR automatically generates a visual PDF report with the (selected) visuals that were created together during the session, such as graphs, polls, and other interactive visualisations.
In addition, you can export all source data from the session to Excel. This dataset includes poll results, quiz and grading outcomes, word clouds (with the number of votes per word) and all ideas from sticky note sessions — ready for analysis and reporting.
This way, following up on a session is not an extra task, but a logical next step. No loose notes, no interpretation afterwards — everything that arises during the session is automatically recorded in images and data.
Above is an example of a QandR report from the municipality of Utrecht, which summarises the results of 11 sessions with a total of 235 participants on the topic of the New Energy City Debate.

Immediately after you close your session, QandR generates a PDF with (selected) slides from your session. A simple but powerful feature that makes reporting on your session a breeze.
In addition to the PDF report, you can also export all source data from a QandR session to Excel. This export includes:
The data is immediately ready for further analysis, comparison between sessions, or processing in research and policy reports.
Where interactive sessions normally lead to extra reporting afterwards, QandR ensures that everything created during the session is automatically recorded — in images and data.
This saves time, prevents subsequent interpretation and increases the reliability of your results.
