##Release notes

Version 2.6.7

Release 2.6.7 introduces Qboard. This is a universal feature that allows participants to submit questions and/or comments on all slides that you upload to QandR. The questions can be viewed by clicking on the Qboard icon at the top right of the screen. Below are two screenshots, and you can also find a 1-minute explanatory animation at this link.

Qboard is turned OFF by default for new users, but a facilitator can turn this default setting to ON in their user profile, see image below. When turned ON, every project they start will have Qboard and participants are automatically given the opportunity to respond via their phone as soon as a slide is visible. Participants send their question or comment directly via their mobile phone. Facilitators can always still change this setting for each project through the editor of the opening slide of that QandR project.

Moobboard upgrade We upgraded the moodboard, making it possible to submit up to 4 pictures from one phone

Version 2.2.6.4

Improved method to start sessions You now first select the project, either in My projects or Shared with me. You will then be able to press the Start session button, give your session a name and open the mainscreen.

Improved workflow to create a project When you create a project the system will now automatically open the starting visual of the session with the editor already open.

Version 2.2.7.1

Added a dynamic cover page The cover page of the archive is now dynamic and showing also information about the date, name of session and amount of participants

Coverpage now also working on project level This page is on project level now also giving information about all underlying session, the dates and the total amount of participants

Version 2.2.7.2

Phone and mainscreen in Dutch We made it possible to change the language of both the phones as the mainscreen between Dutch and English. You can do this in the editor on the first slide of a project

Edit welcome message on phones On the first slide of a project it is now also possible to edit the message that people see on their screen when they open

Version 2.2.7.3

Mouse menu mainscreen In the mainscreen you will find in the corners and on the left and right now also buttons to navigate with the mouse, instead of only working with keys. This also resolves the issue that in online settings the facilitator sometimes does not have focus on the QANDR browser, because he or she used the mouse for something in the video conferencing tool. By adding the button we stimulate to get the focus (controls) back to QANDR

Version 2.2.7.4

Settings dashboard You can now also configure you base language for all you project and configure if you like to see the mouse navigation buttons or hide them (while they still work, so you can still click, but they are hidden)
